Anchorage is a 2 stories Mall, surrounded by a condominium and apartments, good businesses in this area, I use to eat there most of the time after IKEA shopping, I love Asian food and also affordable prices, and there's also lots of bargain shops in the basement like sportswear shops. Kitchens stuffs.

This is a decent shopping center located across the street from IKEA. It's good for basic food and home supply needs because you have Watson's and Cold Storage downstairs and 7-Eleven upstairs. There's also some decent eateries here too like Kopi Hive. If you go way in the back there's also a food court with more choices. I even saw a MALA HOT POT and I regret not trying it!
I also like the Sakuraya Fish Mart because you can get your fix of Japanese snacks. In the back there is also a restaurant too but I didn't get to try it.
I'd say this mall seems less good for things like clothing and shoes (options are fewer).Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jiahui Y.Singapore, Singapore13999419 July 2012First to Review
Compact shopping mall with just two levels (ground and basement level), you can get a lot done here and some great bargains. It's a good stop after shopping at the IKEA building opposite or if you're just passing through the area.
Groceries and sundries: Cold Storage, Guardian, Watsons, Self-fix
Outlets selling off-season items with huge discounts: Charles and Keith (bags and shoes), Cotton On, G2000 (office wear), Fox
Food: Jack's place, Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe (opens till as late as 4am most days), KFC, Share Tea bubble tea, Kou fu food court, Subway, TCC
Confectionaries: Bengawan Solo, Four Leaves, Swiss Bakery
ATMs and convenience: DBS ATM, UOB ATM, SAM machine, AXS, 7-eleven

Anchorpoint has the basic amenities for a suburban shopping mall. It's got a relatively decent food court by Koufu, a clinic, a supermarket, budget boutiques and fast food as well as cafes, outlet stores and even a pet store.
Great for people who live at The Anchorage or who are shopping at IKEA as well as for those working in the area.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Carol W.Singapore, Singapore631427810 Sept 2012
Besides IKEA across the road, anchorpoint became a good alternative for meals when it gets too crowded all around that area! The basement has a foodcourt with decent selections and what i like are the little stalls. There's a cool old fashioned chinese sweet cakes and brittles sold which really has great sesame and peanut cake.
On thefirstfloor, if you haven't know, there's plenty of outlet stores, especially shoe shops like Pedro and Charles and Keith. Though i'm not a fan, my girlfriends would drag me there to see the shoes if we're near. This is a mall to hideout if you are sick of furnitures, like when i'm dragged down by the parentals.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Jeremy H.Singapore, Singapore5901029 Sept 2012
Anchorpoint has a number of good things going for it. It's not a huge mall by any means, which I like, because malls get too crowded for my liking these days. It's a self-sufficient mall in that it has most things a mall needs, a Cold Storage and food court in the basement, ample food and beverage options like Jack's Place, Xin Wang Hong Kong Cafe, TCC and a couple of Japanese restaurants.
Shopping options include Billabong, Charles and Keith, G2000 and Pedro outlets and a host of services like a clinic, a laundromat and a pet store.
The only drawback I would say is that it isn't within walking distance to an MRT station so unless you're in the area or have a direct bus journey here, it's quite a hassle getting here. But of course, that's why I like it when I prefer a quiet afternoon without jostling with the crowds.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Christine L.Singapore, Singapore102743619 Sept 2012
Anchorpoint is the place to hang out at if you've got some time left after shopping at Ikea or Queensway Shopping Centre. After all, it's just across the road, AND you've come aaaaalll the way here.
I'm still surprised that few people know this place is a cluster of many outlet stores of the brands that you often see in shopping malls. Outlet meaning cheaper products or off-season goods that the brands want to clear off. There's G2000, Fox, Pedro, City Chain, Goldheart, Capitol Optical, to name a few. The shop that has the most customers is usually Charles and Keith.
If you're hungry, head to Zhou's Kitchen by the Tung Lok Group, it's the better option in the mall, unless you prefer fast food outlets.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Wendy H.Singapore, Singapore21217 July 2016
This mall may look like a typical suburban convenience mall at first glance but it's far from it. A wide array of outlet shops, from Cotton On to Charles & Keith. One will find a selection of local food at the basement food court called Koufu, plus a couple of fine hair salons. Watsons is available for your person care needs. Big chain supermarket Cold Storage can also be found here. This mall is conveniently located right opposite IKEA and not too far from Queensway Shopping Centre, famous for football jerseys and sporting goods.

The Koufu kway chap store it really sucks. The hawkers there are really bad and they provide very poor service. When asked if they could provide an extra bowl of soup for the kway , the idiotic hawker said he cannot provide, when i offered to pay an extra $1 for the soup, he changed his mind and offered the soup.. this idiot obviously is from china from his accent and he doesnt know about being gracious.. and besides the food really sucks man!
