The last year has been stressful due COVID-19. Being a frontline worker made me move out of my parents' house in order to protect them. I have therefore moved 3 times within the last year due to both COVID-19 and a change in jobs and I have so far dealt with multiple agents. I can assure you that these are the worst staff members I ever came across. After selling their offer to you and getting you to sign a contract, they wouldn't even respond to your queries even if they were very urgent. Towards the end of your tenancy, they would arrange viewings without any proper notice. I remember one morning I was at work and got an email at 10.30am to inform me that a viewing was scheduled for 4pm on the same day and that I needed to grant access to the property. I surely called and asked to rearrange as the contract states that the tenant would need to be given a 24-hour notice, at least. The agent Allim Hussain was super rude to me and dismissive. I now have been out of the property for over 2 weeks and I have heard nothing from them or the landlord regarding my deposit of £1730. I tried to contact the main agent Iana Burduja who offered the property to me at the start of tenancy but she never responds to you unless she's trying to sell something to you or arrange a viewing! I then phoned the agency to ask about my deposit, they said they had nothing to do with it and that I should keep it between myself and the landlord... I still don't have my deposit and I don't even think that it has been protected with TDS... Stay away from them. I can totally see the difference in professionalism and integrity with my new agents in the new flat I'm renting at the moment.

I'm currently too angry to even express how appalling this agency has treated us - the contempt, the ridiculous fees, the lies, the mis-selling, the inability to actually do anything to help us.

Two tenants in our flat have developed asthma symptoms due to the damp in our flat that the agency and the council were repeatedly informed of. The agency lied to me about communicating with the landlord (I contacted him seperately so I know they lied) and used this to stall doing any works on the basically falling apart flat with no boiler and broken doors and damp everywhere. They decribe my attempt to complain rationally as abusive and then attempted to deny this when I confronted them in writing.

My life has been torn apart finanacially, physically and emotionally by this agency who can't even talk to me like I'm a human being.

Please, if you do anything, take a stand and use another agency or find a private landlord and don't support an agency that holds contempt for human beings. I had to pay in excess of £100 fees just to escape this agency.

Absolutely AVOID. I dare to say, This company is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with IN MY WHOLE LIFE. It is a complete SCAM. I posted this comment here as I feel obliged to help people from being scammed by them.
Here is why and evidence: 1. They deliver hazardous flats for tenants, which has black molds everywhere in the flat, which causes lung infections; 2. They refused to return deposit while the flat was hazardous to live, all the way until the last moment that we were going to sue them as tenants, with the solid written proof that it was hazardous to live. 3. When we said we were going to sue them, the staff literally laughed and said, it is not our first time being sued, and we are not afraid. How hilarious! 4. They delayed the move in date by 1 whole month stated by the contract, resulting in all of the tenants having to spend hugely on temporary living while waiting, and they provided 0 compensation; 5. The staff did NOT reply to any emails, or calls when there were issues; even if you go to their office, the staff refused to see you or talk to you or provide any solutions. They literally kicked me and other tenants out of their office. Overall, be very careful with the other positive and generic reviews of this company online, as this company truly, is THE WORST COMPANY I have ever dealt with in my whole life. I can imagine they must have spent hugely on fake marketing reviews. Researching and finding agents that are responsible and reliable is important.
