Don't go to this place their really bad bad business they constantly charging my card and deal with them already in the fast and it's seems like they stealing more money from the costumer and have them reported for fraud or theft and I might bring a cops to deal with them so they can be stop and get it over with,do not let them charge your card or have them save your card number.....
UFC gym if you guys don't stop this and the threat won't stop we might be going to deal with you,I have enough with you guys, just bring it on...
Bad business.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 07 July 2015Previous reviewThis place is good for exercise and classes, and also the trainer are nice but this place is a lie and ripped off a lie and being charge more than you been promise.
Do not trust your card with them and pay only cash and make sure you buy the merchandise that has a price tag and Geo was a shitty person who drag you're kids and have a problem with two years old kids because he's winning.
This place is going to be a pain in the butt for money and buying,do not trust the front sales man, manager or who ever offer you a deal,it's sounds to be truth but you're not getting a good deal a lot of people already complaining from first manager to second they all want to make money and putting money in their own pocket and not put in the system, they all lie and just to save their butt when you confront them they tell a different story.
They had canceled my member because of Geo and Geo and I have a problem in the fast and Geo was picking on my kids I was told to control my kids while I'm working out,I have 2 years old and 4 years old.
Since i have issue with GEO trust me he won't let it go.
I don't recommended this gym but classes are great and awesome but sales staff don't trust them they all get commission for selling.
And all the complainers please do not afraid to say how you feel.
This place is stress you out....
And also the one month free for sign up with them was a lie and include the another one month free for being hold and remodel the gym was also a lie. - Jesse E.Oceanside, San Diego, United States113227 Sept 2016
- Never anyone in there so I can almost workout in compete Solitude.
- It has all the equipment you need for any workout plan. ( Traditional & Cross Fit)
- Trish, Smitty, and Jimmy I believe are the only employees other than the guy who teaches all the MMA class, and they are all great. If they're not training other ppl they are working out too.
- Good Place, Worth the money if you like a non packed gym and the ability to do classes and ask for 1 on 1 advice.Helpful 0Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Joshua G.Temecula, United States419320 July 2015
Great gym and great management with a very knowledgeable staff. Bryan Harper is an amazing instructor and will take the time to show you proper technique and go at a pace you are comfortable with. Alberto is a fantastic jiu jitsu instructor who makes learning jiu jitsu fun; there is never a dull moment in his classes! These guys really know their stuff and most importantly are very humble !!!

I have been a member of this gym since July. I have a multi-site membership and have visited two other locations. So far I would say that this is the best location out of them all. What do I like about it.
1. They have a variety of classes on all different days and different times ( we need Matrx on Saturday though).
2. They are clean, the classes I have been in have had us wipe off our bags after class. Sanitation is a high priority.
3. The front desk is attentive. Angel always says Hi with a smile, answers questions, wraps my hands, and usually remembers my name.
4. The new manager, stuck by the promises of the old manager. This is key to customer retention.
5. Jimmy's Matrx class. This is by far my favorite class. I can tell I am building lean and cut muscles without actually lifting weights. He is a good instructor, he pushes you, explains things to you, and remembers when you haven't shown up.
As someone who has had traditional gym memberships in the past, for me this was the route to go and although it is about double the price of what you would pay for a standard gym membership, if you want something more intriguing, it is the way to go.
I would note that the Rancho Cucmonga location has great trainers. Like Mark, and the other I can't remember his name however, the front desk SUCK. They are so busy having conversations with other staff members and/or customers they know that they do not pay any attention to the people walking in. On top of the fact that they do not have items in stock for sale or loaner gloves available.
The Carldsbad location has a great front desk person. Although I can not remember his name, he remembers mine and is always so friendly and answers all my questions. I have only been to classes with only one trainer. I can not remember his name but he teachers cardio class at the 9:15am time. He is nice and pushes people to do their best, however I have spoken with some of the other trainers and have watched them.... they are not as friendly or customer focused.Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Vero M.Los Angeles, United States1222557913 Aug 2015
Have been attending the gym over a year, unfortunately I had to move to SD.
While there: they had awesome classes, great environment, and great
coaches. I was in the best shape of my life. I recently canceled my
membership and the process went smoothly, thanks to Franco understanding my
circumstance. If I ever move back to the area, I would definitely sign up
to this UFC Gym once again!Helpful 1Thanks 0Love this 0Oh no 0 - Lalida S.Irvine, United States6816492571 Dec 2014
Pretty solid gym - came here for a free class trial on a Saturday for the 12 PM boxing class. I usually go to another gym in Irvine, where I currently live, but am out here once a month or so and was looking for a place that I could do a per class session for each time I'm out here.
The facility itself is really easy to find and convenient- it's in a newer plaza and is right next to a Thai restaurant. Parking is easy and the inside is neat and clean. Half the gym has the bags and class area with the ring where they do BJJ while the other half has more of a training area where you can do weights and cardio.
The boxing class itself can kick your ass - there's a great amount of cardio and our instructor gave us an awesome workout. I'd like to one day come back and try the muay thai class. Expect to jump rope, jog, do bear claws, push ups, situps, shadowboxing, and bag work in your one hour class.
I'm not sure if they actually have a fight team at this particular location so if you're looking to train amateur or pro, you might be better going off elsewhere but for a good workout, this place is definitely one to consider.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 2Oh no 0 - Jeff S.Los Alamitos, United States10641916 Feb 2017
We prepaid for my son so not real happy to hear they just shut down with no sign or notice. Take the money and run i guess. Hopefully corporate takes care of us prepaid customers. Or open the gym and let us take a bag or two?

NEEDS IMPROVEMENT!!! When I first started coming here a year ago everything was so clean and organized. For some stupid reason management decided to get rid of the cleaning crew and since then the bathrooms are ALWAYS dirty. There's either no toilet paper or its sitting on the back of the toilet. The paper towel dispenser never works. There's usually no wipes for the bags after classes. The floors are filthy covered with hair, dirt, and other crap. The wallpaper is hanging down off the wall and it's a mess!! What is my $70/mo paying for exactly???? I'm seriously considering leaving

Julianna, we sincerely apologize for the cleanliness issues you have come across at UFC GYM. There are no excuses for a gym that is not being kept clean. The UFC GYM Murrieta staff will be notified and we will take steps moving forward to keep the gym up to UFC GYM standards.

Each martial arts gym in the area has their own vibe, some are straight BJJ, and others are meathead gyms with a smash mentality.
What I like about the UFC Gym is that is focused on the Fitness aspect of martial arts training. That is something that has been missing in the area. There is no pressure to do a Muay Thai fights, or to do BJJ tournaments to prove yourself. That is optional if you want to do those things. They are going to have a fight team for that.
At 42, and after 20 years of training, I am not looking to be the next UFC Supertstar, but looking more to stay in shape. My wife and kids all love training there. If you are looking to get back in shape, and learn kickboxing, Muay thai or BJJ while doing it, this is the best place to do it.
Pricing is 5 stars compared to the other gyms in the area. Yes, they are still building the class base, but they have only been open for a couple of weeks, so I am extremely happy with the progress and steps they are taking to improve our membership.Helpful 3Thanks 0Love this 1Oh no 0Business owner information

Wow, thanks so much for the 5-star review, Alex. It's a great feeling when a member shares our vision for the gym's approach to fitness, and we think you've hit the nail on the head. On top of that, we're proud to see that you've been able to share the positive experience with your family. We hope the health benefits from training continue to pay off for you and yours for years to come.

Good gym to go to if you want to get in shape! However if you actually want to learn to fight or compete you are better off going to another gym like the Fight Sydicate or Temecula Boxing. In those gyms they will actually teach you how to fight with proper technique and have instructors willing to help you improve rather than have the UFC staff convince you to pay more money for someone to do so! Pretty much, they just care about money.
