This would have been a five star review butI was not a fan of my initial cut and colour and told that I would eventually grow into it (I did not).

I agree with Jenny L's review. If you are unhappy with the outcome, the director is not receptive, but will tell you that you will "eventually" like it.
(I guess ANY haircut looks OK "eventually", particularly a bad one!)
For a salon that boasts "a 100% money back guarantee on every service and product", this promise is CERTAINLY not put in to practice.
