I love this fast casual sushi restaurant! Prices are very good and they also have promotions. I would eat here every week if I lived in Australia! They have a conveyor belt if you want to dine in.

I tried a regular maki roll, baby octopus salad (I've never tried this before, honestly wasn't a fan of the texture and it was too salty), and seaweed salad. Their maki rolls are classic, you just can't go wrong with them!

Very good concept but from all the rolls the chicken roll tasted the best.
From sashimi or fish rolls - scallops tasted good and maybe salmon.

Since it is a belt sushi service was fast and you can pick up hand held rolls and sit back at the table

This branch of Sushi Hub has a sushi train and most dishes are $2.90 - $5.90 so very cheap. There's even a bench with around 6 seats for those buying from the takeaway stand to eat at.

No brown rice sushi unlike the other branches. Although all Sushi Hubs are in the same chain, I found the sushi at the other chains more tasty.

Their checkout line is brilliant- one person puts the sushi order together, another person gets any extras in the back like miso soup, and another person handles the register. There is almost always a line here for a reason- the sushi is good quality, it's on the cheaper side without sacrificing taste & freshness, and the location is a fast food restaurant's dream right next to Central Station.

They have a good mix of unique standalone sushi that make you curious and overspend shamelessly, boxed sushi, as as rolls. Their meal deals make sense and are a reasonable up sell in regards to pricing. Usually too cramped and crowded to stay and sit, but typically I want food to go when I go here anyway. There are some parks and benches nearby towards The Goods Line and the fountain community area closer to the station tunnel to enjoy the food at if you're not taking it back to your office or Uni.

      Good value, good food.

I have been eating more sushi and sashimi recently for lunch. It makes me feel a bit lighter. I go for a walk to Sushi Hub in central and an epic long line at Sushi Hub. You know that the produce must be fresh as they go through massive turn over. Most people in line I notice are ordering the sushi rolls (they range from $2.70-2.90). They make for a good snack and are reasonably priced. These sushi rolls remind me of the good old university days where I would live on sushi rolls. These days I try and order brown rice sushi with salmon and avo as I feel like it's a healthier option.

I ate here twice, loved it!! The rolls are fresh and massive for the cost. This is a great fast food joint and awesome for take away. I never dinned in but found it interesting that it had a sushi conveyor belt aka sushi train. I have always wanted to eat at a Sushi train place but never got the chance in the past. The place itself is small so wouldn't be good for groups larger that 4. The only thing I found weird was that when you order from the take away counter the rolls itself isn't cut up. Im sure you could ask but I didn't both times I ate there.

      All in all Great Place!!

This is your one stop sushi spot right here. With countless locations around Sydney, Sushi Hub has been providing fresh and delicious sushi for the past 10 years! This hub, located in the perfect spot opposite Central Station is a great place to grab that much needed lunch, afternoon snack or dinner on the way home. They have an amazing selection of sushi rolls, sashimi plates, Inari pockets and salads. The food that I loved was the baby Octopus Inari roll and traditional sashimi plate - these are fresh, tasty and extremely filling when you don't want heavy food! Prices are cheap at $2-$3 a roll. The food is made fresh and right in front of your eyes! The takeaway line is quick and well staffed. Additionally, one of the things that I love about this place is that they also give you the calorie count for their food as well - people who are mindful of these things will love this, especially as you don't see it at a lot of sushi places. If you go to their website you can even see the fat and protein content. As the majority of stores are takeaway outlets this place is perfect for those who want to eat on the run, pick something healthy and fresh up for work or even grab a snack to devour in a park. If, however, you have got some time and find yourself at this store, then grab a seat at the ever-moving train of sushi in the back dining section and just wait for the plates to make its way round to you. Definitely going back for one of their larger platters when I have some fellow sushi lovers with me!

Such a convenient place to grab my takeaway when I'm famished on a busy day. They've got few ranges of vegetarian options which helps on my diet as of now. But definitely have to agree that it can be quite busy however waiting time aww pretty much on an average five to ten minutes. One of my favourite 'to go' food!

A must go. Ridiculously inexpensive sushi of all types and really cute soy sauce packets.
