I've given this location so my chances, each time service and staff were horrible. Never going back to waste my money.
Wings are so dinky and tiny you can't even call them wings, wait time is RIDICULOUS-even if there is only a few people there! I really enjoy the food at Native. The wing flavors are better than that of Buffalo Wild Wings and the prices are slightly better.
However, I have been to this location 4 times and I have to be honest, it just seems like they don't really try at all. Customer service in Casa Grande is hard to come by (the best place for service is The Big House Cafe and that's pretty much it) but Native really misses the mark every time. My wait is far too long without any explanation. Waiters are aloof, don't pay the customers enough attention, and I sat an entire meal once without a drink refill. The only way to eat the food without being frustrated and disappointed is to call and place an order and then pick it up half an hour later. Flies! Flies! ...and more FLIES! There were so many dang flies it was not an enjoyable experience by any means!
Service was a bit slow to start, but the server was really good about bringing over drink refills, etc. When trying to place order, we were told we could not get one type of sandwich in their "Triple Deal" yet it shows it available online. Waitress said she would have to check with manager. Apparently their website menu differs from their restaurant menu??
My sandwich did not come the way I ordered it. Waitress apologized.
Honestly....they need to do something about the fly problem. That's just gross!
Service was not bad. Food was ok.

Let's see where to start got here on a Friday night 640 had a table of 5. We got pushed to a corner when there's a whole other section when you walk in with no one there. 7:00 finally comes a waitress to offer us our drinks plus I put an appetizer order in which was tater tots. Kids got there sodas in about 10m we got our beer in about 30m when still no tater tots come on that's 3-5 min in a fryer. I don't even want want to go on and on but NNY you just made it be my last experience they're I'm done, I'd rather drive to Maricopa or on Ray Rd for NNY....You better put a pep in your step or you'll be shut down pretty fast already heard a new wing spot is coming to CG promenade. You need faster & better customer service.

We have given the CG location several tries but the result is the same: terrible service and mediocre food. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. We won't be back.

Always my favorite, unlike Buffalo Wild Wings where the wings seem like they come out of a conveyer belt. :/ Best place in town for wings!

Just your typical Casa Grande rude customer service. Asked for the manager to change the channel on one of the bar tv's to watch my football team and she said no. After I complained about where's the customer service, she said she'd change the channel but if someone came later and asked she would change it back. Really?? She continued to argue with me until I told her to walk away or she's lose more than one customer. She walked away, I ate my wings and and left. While I was there, only two other tables in the bar were seated watching one game. That left 6 other freaking tv's she could have changed the game to. If I were the owners (manager claimed to be 'family') I seriously think you need to look into your management staff before you lose all your customers. I'll be going to the Native New Yorkers in Maricopa until they change management.

I loved the Native New Yorker but his place has always been off the mark and since the buyout/takeover/namechange whatever they all fall short but this place just carried over the previous problems. Staff is nice but the kitchen kills them regularly and if the kitchen is on point waitstaff isnt. i hope they get it together before Casa Grande kills another Native. P.S. Casa Grande did kill another Native. Casa Grande 2 Native 0

The service was slow, took 25 minutes till we said something about not getting our chips. Another ten minutes till the waitress said it it will be out soon. Asked to speak with manager and when he came out with the chips he did not listen to our issue. Manager, hostesses, and wait staff could use some professional customer service training.
