Came here for a hair cut yesterday and I love it! I just walked in and got served straight away- no waiting. They used kerastatse in my hair which was lovely ! I found it odd that they washed, blow dried then cut, but it worked out very well. I got exactly what I wanted and the stylist was amazing, so quick and so talented ! She was lovely , all the staff are really nice and welcoming. Highly recommend , so cheap as well just $44! Perfect salon!

I came in for a wash, blow dry and curl. I didn't have an appointment but I didn't have to wait... Anne did my hair and she was amazing! I have ethnic hair and 24 inch extensions, and she washed my hair gently enough so my extensions didn't tangle. I had the option to upgrade to the high end Keratase shampoo for only $5. No other salon has given me that option.

I like that they use only top quality products like GHD hair straighteners. Anne used the GHD to make beautiful waves in my hair... The waves are still present 3 days later... This is my 2nd visit, I'll definitely be a loyal customer! I love this salon....

Thanks Anne for the wash, blow dry and curl!

I had my hair cut here a few times over the years and decided to come and try their mani pedis. I'm rating it a 3 for two reasons

      A) seating is a bit awkward. Appreciate them starting on my nails when my pedi is being done but since there isn't a nice massage-y chair I found my arms placed a bit awkwardly. You're pretty much on wooden benches.
      B) they cut too much and I bled!! A lot!! I felt a teeny pinch, it didn't hurt more than usual and I felt her freak out. I looked down and blood was gushing out of my lil pinky. She cut me in two places!! Ouch!!

Apart from that my nails are lovely. I got some diamontes added (2 for $5). She made it stick and added tonnes of clear shellac. My diamontes looked like a round piece of mirror rather than a pretty diamonte... Maybe won't do that again :)

Opi shellac, square nails, with a diamonte on both ring fingers.

I had a gel manicure and a pedicure at this place because it was well reviewed and convenient to my hotel in Sydney, Australia. The technician who did the gel manicure was rough and actually left one of my thumbs bleeding.

Halfway through the manicure, I was moved to a very awkwardly designed pedicure station. Customers are expected to climb up two high steps and sit on a hard bench; luxe it was not. The dryer for the gel was balanced on a pillow and kept shutting off; afterwards I noticed that one of my nails has a ding in the polish, most likely from hitting the dryer when it slipped.

The pedicure did not include any attention whatsoever to my feet or lower legs; no scrubbing or buffing, simply the equivalent of a manicure for the toes. And the pedicure technician was also incompetent; she did not use toe separators and actually had to redo the polish on one of my big toes THREE TIMES because it kept bumping into the second toe and smudging. I finally gave up and left.

This is supposed to be an international outfit with outlets in LA, Chicago, Miami, and Europe. Believe me when I say that I can get better, more comfortable services at a local neighborhood nail spa almost anywhere. The facilities and staff training need serious upgrading.

Not the fanciest place but they did a quick and good lash extension fill... this is a franchise apparently. The one in Niles IL is the "Chicago" location I think.

It's been a week since the fill and a lot of them are falling out... so detract a star. The looked good but longevity is a bit lacking.

Maybe the local place will honor the return date range and not charge as much to fill again... will have to see and update this review later.

My mom and I came here to get our nails done. I was very impressed with my french manicure, the girl was fast but thorough! My nails were a mess when I walked in, all different lengths, but she managed to cut them down to the same size and still made the french tips work!

Mom had her toes done and they look great. She got the scrub as well and her feet are now gorgeous and soft.

      Highly recommend.

I was going to leave a great review but I'm torn since my haircut was $59 at a place that says cut+blow+wash start at $22...it's just a bit of a leap. Like if oysters started at a dollar and you paid $20 would it still taste as good? Now my hair is thick and long and I have a fringe but I just got a trim so I figured I'd prepare to maybe have to pay $45 but anyways.

Price aside, the cut looks good. She was really quick which I liked, hair products smelled good and I got a head massage (although at $60 I guess I can't judge this place as a totally cheap salon anymore).

Like all the other reviews said, this place is not where you go if you want the spa experience nor if you want to chat a lot and don't speak Korean. I would probably go again but maybe just ask the price first.

Side note: if price is your thing "yeah hair baby" in Marrickville was cheaper and good.

The staff is super friendly, and they provide excellent service. The outcome was a vibrant color and I loved it!

My wife got a haircut here while we were on vacation. It was nothing fancy, just a trim and shampoo. That being said, she was pleased with the outcome.

A fellow Yelper recommended this place and I, in my current mindset, am really not seeing the value in paying 100s of bucks for my frickin' hair, eff right off, thanks. Hair disaster in November folks... first pricey hair cut and colour in almost 10 years and just... no. NO!!! I pay $300 bucks to go chestnut brown a la Gloria from Modern Fam (with a picture... "please, just like this"), I don't expect to come out looking like a stripey haired Bankstown chick. I said Gloria, not JWow!!! I can get JWow for $20 out of a packet at the pharmacy and do the hack job myself...

      Rant over... sorry :(

      Well, this place is awesome!

I was in and out in 30 minutes and they chopped my big bronze haystack of hair into lovely layers, kept the length and it was all for far less than $50. And she didn't blow dry it or anything (that takes forever with me... I am probably a distant relative of Cousin It), she just styled it with her fingers and product and it looked SO PRETTY, I was like "how did you do that with just your fingers and some kind of gel? I need to learn that!!!"... She was tipped handsomely!

      Very happy camper here.

If you're top priority is finding the best cut at the lowest price, this place is your ace. If you want the full on salon experience, gorgeous red carpet approved cut you may want to skip.

I was keen on the former; I needed to get rid of my dead ends and I wasn't in the place to pay $200 for a simple job. The cut was worth the inexpensive price in retrospect. My stylist, didn't catch her name, cut it shorter than I hoped for and told me she didn't have a choice because my hair was so dead. Fair enough, although the layers were not the best, I didn't complain.

One star off for customer service. My stylist seemed very unenthusiastic about the cut-- and when you're in a new salon and with a new stylists basically entrusting them with your hair it'd be nice to at least fake like you're not bored out of your mind and that the dead ends are appalling. But again I wasn't really paying for a wine and dine type service so in the end it's not worth a bad review.

Anyways, I recommend if you want anything simple and worth the low price.
