Like last poster- stay away. he doesn't want your business.

used to be good. I had an issue before with his work but he corrected it. I called Weds to get my brakes done. He told me call back friday for pricing. he's too busy he says. So I was upset about being talked to the way he did. I called Thursday because I really want my brakes done. He told me, "DIdn't I tell you to call back Friday?" So i call back Friday at my lunch break. He then said, "You didn't call me this morning like I said to. You have yourself a good weekend." He hangs up, very rude... I'm in shock... So, i talked to my boss and he said he had a similar encounter with him and doesn't go to him anymore either.

So heads up. Maybe you've had no problems like i had in the past but after this I won't go back. Ever.

The only lace my family has brought all of our vehicles for the past 25 years!!! John is honest and straight toward always great service at very fair prices!

I usually do my own work, but the newer cars make that difficult. I have been dealing with John and his crew for going on 20 years. He has always been honest and truthful, does top notch work, and charges a fair price. He is also a great source of knowledge and willing to answer questions and provide alternative solutions.

Called him on a Friday to fix a problem with my braking system, John said drop it off Monday morning to check it out. So we did that. Called us back within an hour and told us it was the master cylinder. Fixed the car and was ready same day. Quick, fast service. Also, it was affordable and about $200 lower than I thought it would be or wanted to pay. We will definitely go back. A friend of mine has also been going to him for over 20 years and she likes the service she's received.

I called this mechanic to ask how much he would charge to do a diagnostic on my vehicle. The man who picked up the phone was not only extremly rude but worst of all his sarcasm made him sound like a complete jerk. Just another repair shop added to the mechanic's list that you shouldn't trust, like, or want working on your car.

Very reliable place to take an automobile. Every time I go in john takes care of me. Quick service, if there is something that needs to be done he will let you know. I been going here for 3 yrs, my family and I have never had any problems. Best in Chino!

John has always been honest and his mechanics trustworthy and experienced. He has kept our cars running for years and many many miles.

We are regular custormers at Johns and have been for several years. He is the best mechanic we have ever found. Honest, helpful, always willing to accomdate appointments and drop offs of our cars, he lets us know what to plan for in coming service or repair, his pricing is fair and we always know our cars will have excellent service when there. He informed us of badly needed tire replacement when we were not aware. He is local, and fantastic. We will not take our cars anywhere else.

my car broke down right up the street from this place. My alternator belt ripped off, I went in and asked the head boss for a quote. I showed him the belt and he told me that something else is causing my belt to tear off so i asked him for a quote. He then told me that i would have to bring it in for him to give me a quote. So then i asked him how much it would cost me for him to put a belt on it and he simply wouldnt give it to me because there is another problem with my car. I told him i understood that but i just wanted an estimate for putting the belt on and then he raised his voice telling me that its something else. I explained to him that i was going to have to push it to him and i wanted a rough estimate cause i didnt want to push my car there and then him tell me that it was going to cost way more than i think is acceptable so his response to my problem was "if i don't have money then push it somewhere else". He was super rude to me, i only wanted a estimate for the belt so that way i could see exactly how much that would be and then i could see how much money i had leftover in my savings. Ive been with the military for a few years now and not one of my Generals has ever talked to me as rude as this man did. I wasnt telling him i couldnt afford it i just wanted an estimate for 1 job. Oh well he lost my business.
