I have been going here to see Dean for many, many years but had not been to London for a haircut since moving house to the south coast - shock horror, its moved to New Bond Street on the corner above Russell & Bromley

My first decent haircut since last I saw him; feel good about my hair again

      RECOMMENDED!!!

NB its now called The Forum but Google still shows it as Graffiti

Desperately needed a fringe trim and I've passed this salon many times. Having mainly Japanese stylists I knew my hair was in safe hands. Fringe trim is quite pricey at £10 but hey I really needed the trim. The salon is really calm and relaxed and the staff are lovely. The chap who cut my fringe did a really good job, and I have since been back twice for a cut and blow dry. The hair wash and head/neck massage is worth every penny. I was also given tips on how to dry my hair and maintain.

I came here yesterday with my Living Social voucher (£29 for wash, conditioning, cut and blowdry). It's a beautiful little salon just a stone's throw away from Bond Street tube station (and hence the general barrage of determined shoppers and lost tourists). I was a little worried that I might receive subpar service as I was using a voucher (bad experiences in the past) but Dean was very welcoming and lovely. He gave me a great haircut that wasn't too radical but suited me very well. He also spent a good 30 minutes blowdrying it with that "swoosh" that you just can't achieve at home! Brilliant value, he also told me that he offers a discount on Wahanda (£35 for a cut and blowdry), which as a poor student was very much appreciated!

I had a long hair when I decided to try Graffiti for a haircut, not anymore My hair is ruined. Dean was the hairdresser, I have never been in such a terrible place.
I asked Dean not to cut my hair in layers and that I wanted only 1 cm cut He did nothing that I asked My hair now is 15cm shorter and in layers he ruined my hair !!!
      I wanted to cry !!!!!
      Don't go there !!!!

I've been hear twice and have never had such a good cut. I've got shortish hair and he asked me about about how much effort I put in to my hair etc, and then he gave me a cut that needs little maintainance which considering I've got fine hair is a real feat. I had a wahanda voucher so it might if affordable but think Dean is worth spending that bit extra for.

OK, I phoned the salon to complain about my hair and crying that the hair cut was awful! and Dean even threaten me that he will call the police and asked BT company to remove my phone because I called him to complain many times!
What an asshole!!!! omg look at other people's comments on how Dean messed up their hair, I so regret I didn't read reviews here before I decided to use Dean to cut my hair. Yes he absolutely cut my hair into messed and I so fucking regret went there/choose him to cut my hair. As a director, he should have be more skilled, however, his hair cut was ugly! much worse than the other two Japanese stylists. He cut my hair into too much layers, which I HATE and I said I hated that! it's absolutely bad bad bad cut and I've put a great effort to grow my hair, and to be not layered too much
Dean just doesn't listen to his customers, and didn't even give his customers chance to express their views during the hair cut.
