Chef Jacob Kenedy is one of the greatest young chefs in the UK, and has led Gelupo's sister, Bocca Di Lupo, to extraordinary acclaim. As hands-on executive chef for Gelupo, Jacob personally develops, tests and tastes all the flavours that come out of our kitchen. Innovation plays an important part in Jacob's process, and it is this mentality that has led to some of our most successful flavours like ricotta, chocolate & black pepper and vanilla & saffron. The texture of our gelato is dense, much heavier than a standard ice cream. We achieve this by keeping our fat content low, and by using very special churning equipment that mixes our gelato ever-so-gently as it freezes. This density, and the low fat levels give a big big hit of flavour, with a very clean finish. Taste is simple. Take our raspberry gelato. It tastes more of raspberries than raspberries, and sings of fruit. Our chocolate gelato is a sorbet, only because this way we can pack in more chocolate!

Did not disappoint taking a bet here for my last bite in London after researching the best ice cream spots in the city. Some of the best gelato I've had in recent memory.
The white truffle gelato was possibly life changing.
Had to waddle back after my 1girl3scoops, worth.

ABSOLUTELY GORGEOUS GELATO.
Trust me.

I tried Ricotta Cherry after seeing all the great reviews and was not disappointed! The gelato wasn't too sweet and the cherry pieces meshed well with the ricotta flavor.

1234947211 June 2022One of the best gelatos in London! Do try their ricotta sour cherry flavor - i usually don't like cherry at all but their ricotta flavor was amazing and i was so impressed by it! They also have a sister restaurant across the street and I heard this is one of the best italian institutions in london in general. Will come back to try their mint stracitella!

I had a cup with Bacio and Bonet and while they were both good they didn't wowed me. Prices are quite high given the the central location.

D Y.San Francisco, United States016511 Dec 2022One of my favorites. Great gelato. Flavors are really good and texture is spot on. I had pistachio (go to), bitter chocolate, & mandarin. The pistachio is great. The chocolate was like biting into a dark chocolate bar. Really rich, really good. And, the mandarin which i think is seasonal tasted true to the flavor, like biting into a ripe sweep mandarin orange. It was really nice. Tasted great all the way to the bottom of the cup. Love this place.
