Chapel House Motor Company

My daughter bought a car from Chapelhouse 2 weeks ago and we have had nothing but broken promises and trouble. They were supposed to settle the finance outstanding on her old vehicle which she part-exed and they still have not done so, resulting in a default letter from the finance company. She has paid over £3800 to them including the value of her old car and they still owe it to the finance company.

The car was scratched when she got it, which they did fix. She was promised some chocolates which didn't happen - may seem trivial but if you aren't going to deliver, don't promise. She was promised petrol in the tank but it was running on fumes.

All in all, a very bad experience - would we recommend them? No chance!!!
