Back-2-Front

This was an awful experience. The staff turned up 50 minutes late. They therefore only had 10 minutes to be briefed on all their tasks for the wedding. As a result, there were numerous cock-ups e.g. none of our cider was served (wasting £250), none of our chicken korma was served (another £200 down the drain), they crushed all the cardboard boxes so there was nowhere to store the glassware etc. However, two of the staff were genuinely excellent, another two were OK, and one was constantly on her phone & did little work at all. They then left an hour early (with permission) but they claimed they had finished all the clearing up; it was only the following day that we realised they had certainly not done so.

But the worst part about this has been the attitude of head office. We emailed our complaints and did not receive a reply. It was only after many phone calls and days later that we finally spoke to the manager. She was very rude and dismissive.

All in all, a very bad experience that has left a sour taste in the mouth. We actually had this company booked for another event at the end of August but we will NOT be using them again.
