We recently spent a great deal of time shopping around for a new family car. Living North East of Adelaide we visited a number of dealerships in the area, including a couple of Hyundai dealers. Purchasing came down to one fact, we had a budget that we wanted to stick to and that was it. We loved the new Hyundai Santa Fe but after a number of weeks we had almost given it up as an option.

As we were passing Adrian Brien Hyundai one weekend while down south we decided to drop in out of curiosity, not really expecting too much to be honest. Within a few minutes of Andrea (sales) listening to our needs she had organised a test drive in a Santa Fe Highlander which allowed us to really get a feel for the options we needed in a family car. Michael the Finance Manager was very helpful, he listened and worked with our budget and needs in mind, he managed to arrange an outstanding finance rate, 1% better than the rest. Craig, the Dealership Manager worked with Andrea and took everything into consideration and we finally ended up the car we wanted.

We found the whole team to be very genuine at professional, from the initial meeting through to the delivery of the car. Nothing ever felt like a hard sell, it was actually quite enjoyable, which is really strange for such a major purchase.
